I'm Angie, a second-year Computational Media student at Georgia Tech! Computational Media is a major that lives at the intersection of computing and the humanities, which aligns perfectly with the work I love: simultaneously technical and human-oriented.
Most of what I do sits between people, design, and logistics. I love messy, moving parts where I build systems using AI, Excel, and computer science to solve problems. At the same time, I love making sense of things visually through design, whether it be graphic, layout, or UI/UX, on softwares like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, etc.
From planning Georgia Tech Honors Program's first overnight retreat for 350+ students to designing layouts for Agora, Georgia Tech's Journal of Christian Thought, the intersection of people, design, and logistics has shown up in every project I've been a part of.
I'd love to further explore the infinite possibilities that exist when people, design, and technology meet and to see where that intersection takes me next!
